The Al-Sadd first team launched its preparations for the new 2023/2024 season by conducting its first training session at the main pitch of Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.
The session was attended by His Excellency Engineer Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, the Vice President of the club, Turki Nasser Al Ali, the CEO of the club, Mohamed Ghulam Al Balushi, the Sporting Director, and the administrative staff of the first team.
The training was supervised by the head coach Juan Manuel “Juanma” Lillo and his staff.
The session witnessed the presence of the prominent stars of the first team, led by the captain Hassan Al-Haydos, Saad Al-Dosari, Pedro Miguel, Ahmed Sayyar, Guilherme Torres, Khoukhi Boualem, in addition to many young players, as some players were absent due to their participation with the national team in the Gold Cup.
The team will have its overseas training camp in Austria from July 1-19.
