The Al Sadd first team secured a 5-1 victory over Qatar SC in the second week of the 2024-2025 Ooredoo Stars League season. The match took place today, Saturday, at Khalifa International Stadium.
With this win, Al Sadd earned their first three points of the season. The goals for Al Sadd were scored by Rafa Mujica in the 2nd and 89th minutes, Mohammed Waad in the 48th minute, Khoukhi Boualem in the 55th minute, and Qatar SC defender Moataz Majed, who scored an own goal in the 90+5th minute. The lone goal for Qatar SC was scored by Spanish player Javi Martínez in the 15th minute.
