Youcef Atal joins Al-Sadd until 2026

Al-Sadd Club officially announces the signing of Algerian international Youcef Atal, starting from the 2024-2025 season for two seasons, arriving from French club Nice. This signing is part of the club’s efforts to strengthen the squad in preparation for the 2024-2025 season.

Youcef Atal began his career with Paradou AC in the 2015-16 season, playing for two seasons and participating in 48 matches, during which he scored six goals. He then moved to Belgian club Kortrijk in the 2017-18 season for one season, where he played 10 matches without scoring any goals. After that, he joined Nice in the 2018-19 season, and from January 2024, he played with Turkish club Adana Demirspor for six months. ... 

Al-Sadd clinch 5-0 derby win over Al-Arabi

Al-Sadd secured a 5-0 victory over Al-Arabi in the third round of the 2024-2025 Ooredoo Stars League. The match took place on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.

Al Sadd’s first team suffered a 2-1 defeat against Al Shamal in the opening round of the 2024-25 Ooredoo Stars League. The match took place on Saturday at the Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium at Al Rayyan Club.
