Roberto Mancini, head coach of the Al-Sadd team, described the team’s upcoming match against Al-Wakrah in Week 16 of the Doha Bank Stars League as a strong and difficult encounter.
The Italian coach said during the press conference: “We are ready for the upcoming match. We know it will be a difficult one because we will be playing away from home, but we also want to win.”
The Al-Sadd coach added: “We know very well that it will be a tough match. We need to work hard over the next month because we have many important games. If we want to stay at the top, we must win all of these matches.”
For his part, Al-Sadd player Abdulla Al-Yazidi emphasized the importance of the upcoming clash with Al-Wakrah SC, saying:
“It won’t be an easy match. Al-Wakrah is a good team, and the match will be on their home ground. They have distinguished players, and our goal is to win and take the three points.”
The Al-Sadd player added: “After reaching the top of the table, it has become a matter of winning every match. We will work to achieve that with the support of our fans, in order to retain the league title.”
