The Al-Sadd first team held its main training session on Wednesday, at the club’s training facility, in preparation for the Amir Cup 2020 final against Al-Arabi, which will kick off at 7 PM on Friday at Al Rayyan Stadium.
The Wolves are aiming to win their 17th title in the competition, after qualifying for the final for the 26th time in the club’s history.
The coaching staff made sure that the players underwent skill training with the ball, while also focusing on tactical aspects, including the movement of players. Head coach Xavi Hernandez looked to make his decisions regarding team selection.
Meanwhile, Al-Sadd is scheduled to hold their final training session from 6:30 pm on Thursday at Al Rayyan Stadium, following the press conference which will begin at 6 pm in the presence of coach Xavi and Hassan Al Haydos.
