The Al-Sadd U-23 team registered a 3-0 victory over Al-Duhail, in the Qatargas U-23 League Round 12 match that was played on Friday at the Grand Hamad Stadium.
With this victory, the Wolves maintained their lead in the league table with a tally of 30 points from 10 wins and two losses in the competition so far.
Hassan Ahmed put Al Sadd in the lead in 27th minute before Saoud Al-Nasr scored the second goal from a penalty kick two minutes later. Talal Ibrahim then concluded the scoring with a header in the 38th minute.
Al-Sadd started the game with the following lineup: Yousef Abdullah, Talal Behzad, Talal Ibrahim, Abdulrahman Rashid, Moaz Abdullah, Ahmed Sayyar, Faisal Azadi, Mustafa Tarek Mishaal, Hassan Ahmad, Saoud Al-Nasr, Abdullah Al-Yazidi.
Muhammad Mansour, Khaled Al-Riyami, Bahaa Al-Laithi and Rami Suhail entered as substitutes in the second half.
