The Al-Sadd first team held its main training session from 6:15 PM on Friday, in preparation for the next match against Al Duhail, a postponed fixture from the tenth week of the QNB Stars League, which will kick off at 7:30 PM on Sunday at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.
Al Sadd enter the match with a tally of 28 points, occupying third place in the standings table.
The coaching staff, led by head coach Juanma, held a meeting with the players before the start of the training session to set the goals for the next match. The match against Al-Duhail is a huge test for the Wolves, who are aiming to achieve victory in order to remain in the competition for the title.
The coaches were keen on implementing some special attacking strategies, and focused on the players’ movement, before holding a practice mini-match in the middle of the field.
