Abdullah Al-Breik, the Al-Sadd first team manager, emphasized the difficulty and of the AFC Elite Champions League quarter-final draw for the 2024-2025 edition, which took place today at the AFC headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The draw placed Al Sadd against Japan’s Kawasaki in the quarter-finals.
In a statement to the club’s official website, Al-Breik said: “The draw was tough and competitive. All teams in the quarter-finals will give their best to perform at the highest level, especially since every team at this stage is capable of winning the title.”
He added: “Our full focus is now on facing the Japanese team in the quarter-finals. The knockout stage does not allow for any mistakes, and we will be fully prepared for the challenge.”
