Al Sadd were officially crowned champions of the Qatar–UAE Super Shield for the 2026 football season after securing a 3–2 victory over Shabab Al Ahli in the match held today at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.
The trophy was presented to Al Sadd by His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Vice President of the Qatar Football Association and Chairman of the Organising Committee of the Qatar–UAE Super Cup, alongside Jamal Al Merri, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the UAE Pro League, and His Excellency Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah, Vice President of Al Sadd and Minister of Municipality.
With this triumph, Al Sadd added their 82nd title to the club’s trophy cabinet across domestic and international competitions.
