Al Sadd officially clinched the 2024–2025 Ooredoo Stars League title after a commanding 5–0 victory over Al Ahli on Friday at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium in the 22nd and final round of the season.

The victory marked Al Sadd’s 17th win of the league campaign—and their ninth in a row—bringing their total points to 52. Team captain Hassan Al Haydos and Qatari national team striker Akram Afif were presented with the club’s 18th league trophy by H.E. With this triumph, Al Sadd added a historic 80th title to their trophy cabinet, combining both domestic and international honours, further cementing their status as Qatar’s most decorated football club.
