Al-Sadd honour Waheed
The Al-Sadd football department held a ceremony in honour of long-serving first-team staff member Abdul Waheed Abdul Malik, on Wednesday, prior to the final training session of the first-team in preparation for their match against Al-Gharafa in the fifth week of the 2023-2024 Expo Stars League.
Abdul Waheed will be leaving Al-Sadd after serving the club for 35 years.
The event was attended by all players, as well as the coaching and administrative staff, and featured a cake bearing Abdul Waheed’s image with the words “Thank you, Waheed” written on it.
