Al-Sadd lost 3-2 to Spanish side CE Sabadell in the second friendly of the overseas training camp in Olot, which was held as part of the preparations for the new 2021-22 season.
Sabadell opened the scoring in the 5th minute, before Andre Ayew equalised for Al-Sadd in the 40th minute. After the halftime break, Sabadell went ahead once again. Santi Cazorla then levelled the score in the 72nd minute. Sabadell scored the third and final goal in the 89th minute.
