The Al-Sadd first team delegation, including the first team players, coaching staff, and management, will commence their journey from Doha on the morning of Saturday, July 1st, as they head towards Austria for an overseas training camp in preparation for the upcoming 2023-2024 season. The camp will span until the 19th of the same month.
Leading the delegation will be Mohamed Ghulam Al Balushi, the Sports Director, who will be accompanied by 23 players, along with the coaching and administrative staff.
Among the members of the delegation are notable players such as Hassan Al-Haydos, Saad Al-Dosari, Guilherme Torres, Pedro Miguel, Ahmed Sayyar, Moaz Al-Wadiya, Yousef Abdullah Al Balushi, Paulo Otavio, Abdullah Al-Yazidi, Mateus Uribe, Baghdad Bounedjah, Akram Afif, Khoukhi Boualam, Abdulrahman Rashed, Jehad Mohammed, Ahmed Al-Saeed, Abdulrahman Bakri, Hashim Ali, Amin Hazbavi, Giovani Henrique, Talal Atiq, Anas Abdul Salam, and Yamaan Jarrar.
However, the players representing the Qatar national team will not be present at the camp due to their participation in the Gold Cup tournament.
Throughout the camp, Al-Sadd will engage in four friendly matches, accompanied by technical and physical training sessions. These comprehensive preparations will ensure the team’s readiness for the forthcoming season under the guidance of their head coach, Juanma.
