Al-Sadd player Anas Abdulsalam expressed his happiness with the 3–1 victory achieved by the team against Al-Wakrah at the conclusion of Week 16 of the Doha Bank Stars League.
Anas Abdulsalam said in his post-match comments:
“The match was difficult against a good team. We achieved an important win in our journey to retain the league title. We are working hard in training and matches in order to keep winning.”
He added:
“Our full focus is on all competitions. Right now, we are working on securing our position at the top of the league before entering Asian competition again.”
