Felix Sanchez, the coach of Al-Sadd, spoke about the strength and difficulty of the upcoming match against Al-Duhail in the sixth week of the Doha Bank Stars League, set to take place on Thursday evening at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.
During the press conference, the Spanish coach said: “We have a highly competitive match on Thursday. Last season, we finished as the top two teams in the league, so we expect a tough game.”
He added: “Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to collect many points in our last two matches, so we’ll aim to bounce back. We know the situation isn’t easy, but the players are accustomed to handling competitive pressure, and we need to achieve the desired results.”
On his part, Al-Sadd player Boualem Khoukhi emphasized the importance of the upcoming match against Al-Duhail in the sixth week of the Doha Bank Stars League, stating: “A crucial match awaits us against Al-Duhail, a game worth six points, and every player will give 100% to secure the victory.”
He continued: “I know how disappointed Al-Sadd fans are with the team’s recent results, and we’ll do everything in our power to make them happy. The match will be at our stadium, and the fans’ presence will give us a big boost, especially ahead of our match against the UAE’s Al-Sharjah in the AFC Champions League Elite.”
