The Al-Sadd trio of Baghdad Bounedjah, Jung Woo-young and Nam Tae-hee have received international call-ups for the upcoming FIFA matchdays this November.
Bounedjah will join the Algerian national team camp as they prepare to face Zimbabwe in two qualifying matches for the 2022 African Cup of Nations.
Jung and Nam will play with South Korea in two friendlies against Mexico and Qatar.
Meanwhile, the Al-Sadd first team got a break from training today, Sunday, after a 3-0 win against Al-Duhail, in the postponed match from the first round of the Ooredoo Cup, which was played on Saturday. The players will return to training on Monday evening in preparation for the next game against Al-Wakrah in the fifth round of the same tournament.
