Al-Sadd head coach Juanma stressed the importance of his side’s victory over Al-Arabi in the QNB Stars League Round 11 game which was played on Monday.
Speaking to the club’s website after the match, Juanma said: “We played well and were the best in general, and at times we needed some calmness to control the ball, and this is what happened until we achieved victory with a two-goal margin.”
He added: “We will focus on each match separately, and we will wait for the rest of the team’s players to come back to training.”
Juanma concluded by saying: “In the coming days, we will focus on the game against Al Markhiya at the start of the second phase. Our aim will be to win every match, and I hope to achieve that.”
