Al-Sadd head coach Juanma Lillo stressed the importance of the upcoming game against Al-Arabi in the 22nd and final week of the 2022-23 QNB Stars League.
Speaking during the pre-match press conference, Juanma said: “Al-Arabi is a strong team and it is going through a very good season so far. As always, we will try our best to win the game, and finish second in the league.”
“The match will be difficult, and we must focus a lot to achieve what we seek, especially as we will be playing the same team four days later in the Amir Cup final.”
Juanma added: “It is a pure coincidence that the last match of the league is between the two teams that will play the Amir Cup final. Our focus now is on facing Al-Arabi in the league, and we will do our best in this match to achieve victory.”
