Al-Sadd’s Khoukhi Boualem confirmed the readiness of his side to face Qatar SC in their upcoming clash, a postponed match from Round 8 of the QNB Stars League.
Speaking during the pre-match press conference, Khoukhi said: “The match against Qatar will be difficult for the two teams. They are ranked third and we are coming from a painful defeat against Al-Ahli.
He added: “The league is not over yet, and our goal is to win all matches in order to continue competing for the title.”
The Al-Sadd defender concluded by saying: “We did not expect to lose against Al-Ahli, who entered the match with all their strength. This is football. We must compensate in the next match against Qatar and give our best to achieve victory.”
