Al Sadd goalkeeper Meshaal Barsham expressed his happiness with the important 3–1 victory achieved by the team against Al Gharafa in Week 14 of the Doha Bank Stars League.
Barsham said in his post-match remarks: “It was an important win for us. We entered the match with full strength, and our goal was to score first — and we succeeded. The players delivered a great performance, and we earned three important points in the race for the league title.”
The Al Sadd goalkeeper added: “We lost many points in the first phase of the season, but Al Sadd has the character of a champion and is always capable of coming back. We will work with full determination to keep the league shield at Al Sadd.”
