Roberto Mancini, head coach of Al-Sadd, stressed the importance of the team’s upcoming match against Al-Arabi in Week 19 of the Doha Bank Stars League for the 2025–2026 season. The match will take place on Tuesday evening at Khalifa International Stadium.
Speaking during the pre-match press conference, Mancini said: “The next match against Al-Arabi will be very difficult. It is a strong match and we must be fully prepared in order to achieve victory.”
He added: “We are not happy with the result of the last match, but this feeling should motivate the players. We must give our best to secure the three points.”
Meanwhile, Al-Sadd striker Rafa Mujica described the match against Al-Arabi as special and difficult.
He said: “The match against Al-Arabi is difficult because it is always complicated. It is also a special match because it is a derby. We know how tough the match will be, but we will give 100 percent of our effort. We know our task is to win, and that is what we want to achieve.”
