Al-Sadd’s Rodrigo Tabata said that his side is ready to face Al-Gharafa in the quarterfinals of the Amir Cup, and spoke of his motivation to play in the prestigious tournament.
“It will be a difficult match,” Tabata said during the pre-match press conference. “Al Gharafa is an excellent team and we have great respect for them. We must be fully focused on winning the game, and we must play with all our strength to achieve this.”
The Al Sadd player added: “Xavi’s talk about me motivates me a lot and I strive to work and learn at every session. I love the Amir Cup tournament very much, it’s a different tournament that has a different flavour and taste, and I always try to compete and win it.”
