Al Sadd’s first team will kick off its preparations for the new 2024-25 season by holding its first training session on Monday, July 1st, from 7 PM at the club’s training centre.
The players are scheduled to undergo physical and medical examinations to check on their condition after a period rest that followed the end of the last season with the Amir Cup triumph.
Spanish coach Sergio Algere, who had worked as an assistant to Xavi during his leadership of the team, will lead the training during this period.
Algere has been contracted to be part of the new technical staff, which will be announced later.
