Al-Sadd’s midfielder Rodrigo Tabata, expressed his team’s readiness to face Umm Salal in the quarter-finals of the Amir Cup.
During the pre-match press conference, Tabata said, “We are fully prepared for this match, and I personally understand the importance of the Amir Cup. We are determined to win and advance to the next stage.”
He further added, “As a team, we possess all the necessary abilities to reach the final, but every match is challenging and requires a winner. Therefore, we must remain cautious and give our best performance to achieve victory.”
Tabata concluded his speech by stating, “Although we are disappointed after not winning the Qatar Cup, we will utilise this pressure for the team’s benefit. As players, we have a significant responsibility to make it to the final and win the Amir Cup.”
