The Al-Sadd first team delegation arrived in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, at 6:00 PM today, Saturday, in preparation for the AFC Champions League match against Sharjah FC. The group stage fifth-round match is set to be played at Sharjah FC’s stadium on Monday, November 27.
The delegation received a warm and special welcome from the officials of the UAE team. The delegation includes members of the coaching and administrative staff, along with 23 players, led by Mohammed Gholam Al-Bloushi, the sports director of the club.
The 23-member squad consists of the following players: Saad Al-Dosari, Meshaal Barsham, Yousuf Al-Baloushi, Hassan Al-Haydos, Ahmed Sayyar, Abdullah Al-Yazidi, Matheus Uribe, Baghdad Bounedjah, Akram Afif, Khoukhi Boualem, Ahmed Al-Saeed, Hashim Ali, Amin Hazbawi, Gonzalo Plata, Musaab Khidir, Moustafa Tarek Meshaal, Yousuf Abdurisag, Ahmed Suhail, Tarek Salman, Mohamed Waad, Anas Abdulsalam, Pedro Miguel, Ali Asad.
The team is staying at the Sheraton Hotel in Sharjah, and the players are scheduled to have their only training session at the match venue from 6:00 PM local time on Sunday. Meanwhile, the match coordination meeting is scheduled for 11:00 PM in the morning, with the press conference set to start at 5:30 PM in the afternoon.
