Al-Sadd qualified for the final of the 2026 Amir Cup after defeating Al-Duhail 4–1 in the semi-final match held on Tuesday at Ahmed bin Ali Stadium, Al-Rayyan Club.
Al-Sadd will face Al-Gharafa in the final, which is scheduled to take place on 9 May.
Akram Afif scored twice for Al-Sadd in the 10th and 90th minutes, while Rafa Mujica added the second goal in the 24th minute and Hassan Al-Haydos scored the fourth in the 82nd minute. Al-Duhail’s only goal was scored by Boubacar Soumaré in the 55th minute.
