Al-Sadd coach Razvan Lucescu has stressed the difficulty of the upcoming clash against Al-Duhail in Week 6 of the Doha Bank Stars League, underlining the need for full concentration and a strong reaction on the pitch.
“It will be a very tough game between two good teams, and I expect an exciting and entertaining match. It is very important for us to give everything we have and secure a victory, because we need to get back to winning ways,” Lucescu said.
“The most important thing is to approach the match with full concentration and show a strong reaction. That means having the desire to win, fighting for every ball, and maintaining focus and concentration from the first whistle to the last,” he added.
The Al-Sadd coach concluded: “We must read every situation correctly, both defensively and offensively, and be clinical in front of goal to achieve the result we are aiming for.”
Meanwhile, Al-Sadd player Giovani Henrique expressed the team’s readiness for the encounter, highlighting his confidence in his teammates and their ability to beat Al-Duhail and return to the top of the league table.
“It will certainly be a difficult game for both teams. We have had good training sessions, and we understand our current situation, but we are confident and ready to fight. I trust my teammates and myself, and I believe we can win this game and return to the top of the table,” Giovani said.
