Al-Sadd is set to play their final match of the 2020-21 Ooredoo Cup group stage, facing off with Al-Wakrah, at 5:15 pm on Tuesday night at Suhaim bin Hamad Stadium.
The Wolves have already booked a spot in the quarterfinal and enter the match sitting in second place in Group A with 7 points, from two wins, a draw and a loss. Al-Wakrah are on top of the group with 8 points.
Al-Sadd will look for another victory in order to claim the top spot in the group. The squad will have to do without 11 Qatari internationals, in addition to the trio of Baghdad Bounedjah, Nam Tae-hee and Jung Woo-young, who have been called up to their respective national teams.
