The Al Sadd first team trained Wednesday under the leadership of the new coach Javi Gracia, who has been placed in charge of the squad on a one-year contract.
The team trained at the club’s training centre, with the players showing great enthusiasm on their return following a break, amidst the start of physical training to prepare for the resumption of the QNB Stars League.
The training session was held under the supervision of coach Javi Gracia and his new technical staff, with all the available players currently with the team, in the absence of international players participating with the Qatar national team in the ongoing FIFA Arab Cup.
The training began with the usual warm-up exercises, before moving on to movement exercises and then drills with the ball, which included quick play using two touches and applying pressure on the opponent.
The Wolves are scheduled to continue training during the next stage, pending the return of international players and the completion of the first team squad, in preparation for the tenth round of the QNB Stars League.
