AFC Champions League: Al-Sadd exit after defeat to Nasaf

Al-Sadd exited the 2022 AFC Champions League after a 3-1 defeat to Nasaf in their Group E fifth round clash, which was played at the Prince Mohammed bin Fahd Stadium in Dammam.

Akmal Mozgovoy netted a brace for Nasaf (63′, 77′) while Khuisain Norchaev also scored (75′). Substitute Rodrigo Tabata got Al-Sadd’s lone goal in the first minute of stoppage time.
