Al Sadd Club kicked off preparations for the new 2025–2026 season by holding their first training session on Saturday, July 5, at the team’s training ground.
The session was attended by Mohammed Ghanem Al Ali, Head of Football Operations; Turki Nasser Al Ali, the club’s CEO; Mohammed Ghulam Al Balushi, Sporting Director; and the first team’s administrative staff.
Training was led by Spanish head coach Félix Sánchez and his assistants.
The session featured the presence of the team’s top stars, including captain Hassan Al Haydos, as well as the two new signings — Uruguayan Augustin Soria and Spaniard Pau Prim — along with many young players.
It is worth noting that Al Sadd will hold their external training camp in Spain from July 16 to August 4.
