The Al-Sadd first team launched their training sessions today, Sunday, in their external preparatory camp located in the Seefeld-Tyrol area in Austria. The camp will take place from July 1st to the 19th of the same month.
Head coach Juanma kicked off the training sessions with a meeting with the players, during which he explained the prepared program for the duration of the preparatory camp and its objectives.
The team underwent two training sessions on Sunday. The morning session included various fitness exercises, while the evening session focused on ball drills, including movement patterns, one-touch and two-touch play, and continuous pressure on the opponents.
Meanwhile, Algerian international Baghdad Bounedjah participated actively in Al-Sadd’s training sessions after joining the team’s training following the arrival of the delegation yesterday, Saturday.
