The Al-Sadd first team will depart for Basra, Iraq, at 10:00 am on Sunday, 13 September, in preparation for their opening match against Iran’s Esteghlal in the 2026–27 AFC Champions League Elite.
The Al-Sadd delegation includes members of the technical and administrative staff, along with 21 players. The squad consists of:

The Wolves held their final training session in Doha at 6:00pm on Saturday, following their 6-3 victory over Al Sailiya in Week 4 of the Doha Bank Stars League.
