Al-Sadd midfielder Ali Asad expressed his happiness after his side’s important 1-0 victory over Qatar SC, in the postponed match from the Round 13 of the QNB Stars League.
Speaking after the match: “Praise be to God for the victory. We play every match to win only, and therefore all matches are difficult. We are always looking for victory, and now we need a single win to lift the league title.”
As for his performance for the team, he said: I always try to give my all in the pitch. Coach Gracia plays me in different positions, but I always give my best. God willing, Al Sadd will be able to maintain its run of victories and win the title without a single defeat.”
