Al-Sadd player Ali Asad described the team’s current period as excellent ahead of their Round 15 match against Al-Ahli in the QNB Stars League.
During the press conference, Ali Asad stated, “We are currently going through a great period. We have won our last six matches in both the league championship and the Qatar Cup. We have an important match against Al-Ahli, and every match is a final for us.”
He added, “In the first period of the league, we lost many points due to the absence of several players who were away on international duty. However, we are currently in a good period as a team, and our goal is to win the upcoming match against Al-Ahli, which will certainly be challenging.”
Ali Asad pointed out that this is one of his best periods as a player. He said, “I am currently experiencing a good period with the club and the national team. and my goal is always to help the team and be useful to it. I don’t care how many minutes I play and the most important thing is to help the team win.”
He further commented, “I am delighted with the level of performance displayed by the team, the coach, and the players. We all play as one family with one common goal, which is to win.”
