Al-Sadd striker Rafa Mujica has successfully undergone surgery in the British capital, London, due to a hip injury.

Mujica is expected to begin his recovery process in the coming days under the supervision of the first team’s medical staff.

Al Sadd’s first team secured a 5-2 victory over Al-Khor in their Week 10 match of the 2024-2025 Ooredoo Stars League, which took place on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Al-Khor Stadium.

With this win, Al Sadd raised their points tally to 21, placing them second in the league standings.

The goals for Al Sadd were scored by Ahmed Suhail in the 10th minute, Romain Saïss in the 27th minute, Akram Afif with a brace in the 48th and 54th minutes, and Cristó Pérez in the 68th minute. ...
