Al-Sadd captain Hassan Al-Haydos affirmed his team’s readiness to face Qatar SC in the final of the 2024 Amir Cup.

During the press conference, Al-Haydos stated, “We are delighted to reach the final and to have the honour of meeting His Highness the Amir. Our preparations for the match are as strong as for any significant final. We will enter the match with determination and resolve to win the cup.” ... 

Al-Sadd head coach Wesam Rizk spoke about the significance of the upcoming Amir Cup final against Qatar SC, which will take place on Friday evening at Education City Stadium.

During the pre-match press conference, Wesam stated, “It is a great honor to be in the final and to meet His Highness the Amir. We are highly motivated to win the championship. We have secured the title 18 times and aim to achieve the double this season.” ... 

Al-Sadd has intensified their preparation for the 2024 Amir Cup final against Qatar SC, scheduled for Friday evening at Education City Stadium.

The coaching staff granted the players a rest day on Monday following their 1-0 victory over Al-Duhail in the semi-finals.

On Tuesday, Al-Sadd held a training session at the club’s secondary pitch. The coaching staff focused on addressing the errors that appeared in the recent match against Al-Duhail and worked on preparing the team for the final. ...

Speaking to the club’s website after the match, Rizk said, “We succeeded in clinching the match in our favor, despite the first half ending in a goalless draw. The players delivered a better performance in the second half.” ... 

Al-Sadd’s Algerian striker Baghdad Bounedjah expressed his immense joy at his side’s qualification for the Amir Cup final, after their 1-0 victory over Al-Duhail In the semifinal clash played on Saturday.

Bounedjah stated in his post-match remarks, “Thanks to God, we succeeded in achieving victory and booking our ticket to the final of the 52nd edition of the Amir Cup. The team delivered a great performance against Al-Duhail, and we managed to maintain our lead until the end of the match.” ... 

Al-Sadd sporting director Mohamed Gholam Al-Balushi expressed his delight at the victory over Al-Duhail which secured a spot in the final of the Amir Cup.

In his post-match statement, he said, “We are greatly pleased to advance to the final of the Amir Cup after delivering remarkable performances. Al-Sadd players have demonstrated their ability to rise to the challenge and shoulder responsibility, successfully qualifying for the final with an outstanding performance. I think it was convincing, as the team maintained focus from start to finish.” ... 

Al-Sadd secured their spot in the final of the 2024 Amir Cup after defeating Al-Duhail 1-0 in their semi-final clash held today, Saturday, at the Ahmed bin Ali Stadium. Akram Afif scored the sole goal for Al-Sadd in the 46th minute.

The Wolves now await the winner of the other semi-final between Al-Gharafa and Qatar. ... 

Yousuf Abdurisag discussed the significance of the upcoming encounter against Al-Duhail in the semi-finals of the 2014 Emir Cup.
