Al-Sadd assistant coach Emanuel Infante praised the team after their thrilling 3-2 win against Saudi Arabia’s Al-Hilal in the King Salman Club Cup.
During the post-match press conference, Infante expressed his satisfaction with the hard-fought win in a challenging and spirited game. He praised the team’s outstanding performance against a formidable opponent in front of their passionate fans.
“We were well aware of Al-Hilal’s coach’s tactics, and despite falling behind early, we managed to regain our balance within the first 15 minutes. The team showcased great resilience, coming back twice to secure the crucial match points,” Evanti added.
He also acknowledged that some new players in the squad are still adjusting and integrating. “As the team evolves from one match to another, all our players are giving their utmost to bring the team to its peak form,” he said.
