Following Al-Sadd’s remarkable 4-0 victory against Al-Gharafa in the fifth week of the Expo Stars League, team captain Hassan Al-Haydos expressed his delight with the team’s performance.
Al-Haydos stated, “We secured three crucial points today, especially since Al-Gharafa was a direct competitor. Before the match, we were tied in points, and this important win has pushed us ahead.”
He added, “We began the match in an excellent manner, managing to score goals. In the second half, we faced some challenges, but we effectively closed down Al-Gharafa’s opportunities and capitalized on our chances, ending the game with a clean sheet and, most importantly, gaining the three valuable points.”
