Al-Sadd goalkeeper Meshaal Barsham congratulated the club’s fans, after the 2-0 victory over Qatar SC in Round 19 of the QNB Stars League.
In his post-match statement, Barsham expressed his appreciation, saying, “I congratulate the Al-Sadd fans on this win. It wasn’t an easy game, but we managed to score thanks to Akram’s goal, which gave us a much-needed boost until we added the second goal by Ahmed Al-Saeed.”
Barsham further said: “The team gained three crucial points, which will be valuable for the upcoming stage of the league.“
He also praised the young players’ performance, who showcased a fantastic level during the match.
