Al-Sadd notched up another victory in the 2020-21 Ooredoo Cup, with a 3-0 triumph over Al-Duhail in the postponed Round 1 game that was played at the Suhaim bin Hamad Stadium on Saturday.
The result saw Al-Sadd increase their points tally to 7 in Group A, after two wins, a draw and a loss.
Nam Tae-hee opened the scoring for the Wolves in the 3rd minute, before Saoud Al-Nasr doubled the lead in the 11th minute. Rodrigo Tabata scored the third and final goal from a free-kick in the 83rd minute. Al-Sadd ended the game with ten men after defender Abdulrahman Rashed was sent off in the 5th minute.
