Al-Sadd’s Rodrigo Tabata spoke of his side’s respect for their upcoming QNB Stars League opponents Al-Wakrah, but added that the Wolves are looking to give their best and get the three points to stay on top of the league.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Tabata said: “We respect Al-Wakrah, but we will do everything to win this game. We trained hard this week. I wish everybody will play at a high level in this game, to win and get the three points.”
He added: “They are a good team, with top players. But we also have good players. We respect them. We go 100% focused into this game, because we want the three points and we’ll give everything to win this game.”
“Our team is in a good moment now. All the players are available for the coach and want to play. Like this, the team becomes stronger because the coach has a lot of choices, a lot of good players. I hope the players selected by the coach for the starting eleven will do a good job, so that we can win and continue in the first position in the league.”
