Al-Sadd’s Tarek Salman spoke about the importance of the upcoming clash against Al Arabi in the semi-finals of the 2023 Qatar Cup, which will be held on Thursday evening at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.
Speaking during the pre-match press conference, he said: “The matches between Al-Sadd and Al-Arabi in the league and cup are always important.”
He continued: “Al-Arabi has had great results recently, and our goal is to beat them again, as it happened in the league two weeks ago.”
Tarek added: “Al-Arabi defeated Al-Rayyan in an exciting match, but Al-Arabi always fears Al-Sadd and this game will be different.”
He concluded by saying: “The stadium is our home, and I hope that Al Sadd fans will be there to support us. Our goal is to provide our best to make Al Sadd fans happy by qualifying for the final match.”
