Al Sadd claimed the 2025 Qatar Cup title after defeating Al Duhail in the final via a 4-3 penalty shootout, following a 2-2 draw in regular and extra time. The match took place on Saturday, 10 May 2025, at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.
Claudinho scored for Al Sadd in the 63rd minute from the penalty spot, while Rafa Mújica netted the equalizer in the 86th minute. For Al Duhail, Michael Olunga found the net in the 48th minute, followed by Benjamín Bourigeaud in the 65th minute.
