Al-Sadd conclude preparations for Al-Khor clash

The Al-Sadd first team concluded preparations for the upcoming QNB Stars League Round 4 clash with Al-Khor, with a final training session on Friday evening. The game is set to kick off at 7:45 PM on Saturday at Al-Khor Stadium.

The Wolves go into the Round 4 clash occupying second place in the league table with 6 points from 2 games, with the postponed Round 3 game against Al-Duhail scheduled to be played on October 21. As for the opponents Al-Khor, they are ranked 10th in the table with 2 points from 3 games.

At the end of Friday’s training session, head coach Xavi Hernandez selected a 22-member squad for the game against Al-Khor. The squad is as follows: Meshaal Barsham, Jehad Muhammad, Jung Woo-young, Ahmad Sayyar, Pedro, Hasan Al-Haydos, Muhammad Waad, Nam Tae-hee, Tarek Salman, Khoukhi Boualem, Bahaa Al-Laithi, Baghdad Bounedjah, Guilherme Torres, Rodrigo Tabata, Santi Cazorla, Saoud Al-Nasr, Yousuf Abdurisag, Hashim Ali, Rami Suhail, Hussam Kamal, Musab Khidir, Ahmed Suhail

Saad Al-Dosari, Akram Afif and Abdelkarim Hassan are absent from the squad. Saad suffered an injury during the Qatar national team’s friendly against Ghana, while Akram has been rested. Abdelkarim has a minor knock which has ruled him out of Saturday’s game.
