Al-Sadd continue preparations for Al-Duhail clash

The Al-Sadd first team continued its preparations for the upcoming QNB Stars League Round 10 clash against Al-Duhail, which is scheduled to be played on January 17 at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium.

The Wolves held their session today, Saturday, after getting a break from training on Friday, with the coaching staff, led by Juanma, focused on preparing the players physically and technically for this confrontation. The team will go into the game with the hope of getting another victory on board to advance in the standings, after their 2-1 win over Al-Rayyan in the previous round.

The players went through their training with high morale and a clear focus on implementing all the instructions of the technical staff. The training varied between many tactical technical moves, offensive rushes, and a quick return to defence.

The three goalkeepers Saad Al-Dosari, Youssef Al-Balushi and Jehad Muhammad underwent arduous training, through which they proved their physical and technical readiness to appear in the match.

Several players are missing from squad currently: they are with the Qatar national team at the Gulf Cup in Basra; Al-Annabi have reached the semi-finals of the tournament.
