The Al-Sadd first-team delegation has arrived in Qarshi, Uzbekistan, in preparation for the upcoming match against Nasaf on Monday, in the second round of Group B in the AFC Champions League.
The Al-Sadd delegation received a warm welcome from officials of the Uzbek team. The players were greeted with flowers, traditional music, characteristic of the city of Qarshi.
The delegation includes members of the coaching and administrative staff, along with 22 players, led by Mohamed Gholam Al-Balushi, the club’s sporting director.
The list of players comprises Saad Al-Dosari, Meshaal Barsham, Jehad Mohammed, Hassan Al-Haydos, Paulo Otavio, Abdullah Al-Yazidi, Matheus Uribe, Baghdad Bounedjah, Akram Afif, Khoukhi Boualem, Ahmed Al-Saeed, Hashim Ali, Amin Hazbavi, Gonzalo Plata, Ali Asad, Musaab Khidir, Moustafa Tarek Meshaal, Yousuf Abdurisag, Ahmed Suhail, Tarek Salman, Mohammed Waad, and Anas Abdulsalam.
The team is staying at the Sultan Hotel in Qarshi. They are scheduled to have their only training session in Qarshi at the match stadium on Sunday at 7:00 PM Doha time (9:00 PM Qarshi time).
Meanwhile, the press conference for the match is set to take place at 2:00 PM on Sunday, Qarshi time.
