Felix Sanchez: We must prepare as best as we can to face Al-Wakrah

Al-Sadd coach Felix Sanchez spoke about the importance of the upcoming match against Al-Wakrah in Week 8 of the Ooredoo Stars League, set to take place on Sunday evening at Al Janoub Stadium.

Al Sadd secured a 4-2 victory over Al Shahania in the seventh round of the 2024-2025 Ooredoo Stars League. The match was played at Jassim bin Hamad Stadium on Friday.

With this win, Al Sadd moved up to 12 points. Moustafa Tarek opened the scoring for Al Sadd in the 2nd minute, followed by Rafa Mujica netting the second goal in the 19th minute. Cristo Pérez added the third in the 22nd minute, and Al-Shahania’s Pelle van Amersfoort scored into his own net in the 78th minute, marking Al Sadd’s fourth goal. Al Shahania’s two goals were scored by Alhassan Koroma in the 54th and 89th minutes. ...
