Al-Sadd head coach Wesam Rizk spoke about the significance of the upcoming match against Al-Gharafa in Week 16 of the Stars Expo League for the 2023-2024 season.
During the press conference, Wesam stated, “We have an important match against Al-Gharafa up next. We are preparing well, especially as we will be facing a team with high-caliber players, and we will be ready for this highly competitive clash.”
The coach continued, “We aim to maintain the lead in every game. Each match is like a cup clash where there is no alternative but to win. We aim to give our best and secure the three points.”
Wesam emphasised his confidence in the players, saying, “We delivered an excellent performance and secured a victory against Qatar with three goals. The Al-Sadd players are aware of their great responsibility, and we have full confidence in them. Our goal is to continue in the same manner against Al-Gharafa, hoping to deliver a better performance.”
He concluded with a message to the Al-Sadd fans, saying, “We await all the support from the loyal fans, our first pillar of support. We hope to see them in the stadium to achieve victory against a strong opponent.”
