Al-Sadd conclude preparations for Qatar SC clash, Guilherme ruled out due to suspension

The Al-Sadd first team concluded their preparations for the upcoming QNB Stars League Round 22 against Qatar SC, with a final training session on Thursday evening. The game is set to be played on Friday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

Hussam Kamal: A win over Qatar SC will be a huge boost for us ahead of the Asian campaign

Al-Sadd defender Hussam Kamal said that a win over Qatar SC in the upcoming QNB Stars League game will help his side ahead of the Asian campaign.

Speaking at the post-match press conference, Hussam said: “It’s the final game of the league for us, against Qatar SC, and we want to end the season without any defeats. Getting a win will be a huge boost for us, and will give us an advantage going into the upcoming games (in Asia).” ...

Al Sadd head coach Xavi Hernandez addressed the media ahead of his side’s upcoming QNB Stars League Round 22 game against Qatar SC, speaking about the difficulty of the clash, which will bring the league campaign to an end.

QNB Stars League: Al Sadd defeat Al Rayyan 2-1 in the Qatar Clasico

Al Sadd racked up another victory in the QNB Stars League, defeating Al Rayyan 2-1 in the Round 21 game which was played at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium on Tuesday.

Baghdad Bounedjah opened the scoring in the fourth minute, before Yohan Boli equalised for Al Rayyan in the 28th minute. Santi Cazorla then netted the winner for Al Sadd from the penalty spot in the 66th minute. ...

The Al-Sadd first team concluded their preparations for the upcoming QNB Stars League Round 21 game against Al-Rayyan, with a final training session on Monday evening at the club’s training facility.

The game is scheduled to be played on Tuesday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

Al-Sadd’s South Korean international Jung Woo-young spoke of the difficulty of the upcoming game against Al-Rayyan in the QNB Stars League and stressed on the need to continue without any defeats this season.
